PROCESS FLOW CHART
The process for manufacturing shea butter starts with harvesting the organically grown fruit seeds. The green edible peel is removed. We then boil and sun dry the fruit, crack the shells and continue with the process of sorting and washing kernels and additional sun drying. Kernels are then grinded and roasted. Expeller pressing, filtration, rapid cooling and packaging into cartons/drums finalize the manufacturing process of our shea butter.
